Author Waiting List

It seems some people want to become authors but i can only limit to 3 since i don't want to many author's that i don't know messing up my blog.

Please tell me if you want to become a author but it needs to be someone i trust.
If i don't know you, you need blog I.D, you need to be a leader of a blog and you need identification that you are a official blogger.
